"A short film created for ACV's 72 hr film shootout. Directed by Mark Arbitrario. Written by Joshua Kameyer. Starring Lucas Lee, Annie Lee, Daniel Cho, Kaila Yu, Ali Damji, Sheena Chou, Jane Le, Aiko Tanaka, Toni Leigh"
"Girls Night Out" was a finalist in a competition where you had to create a movie in 72 hours. I found it rather interesting, slightly funny, and very cliche. It makes fun of all the stereotypical scenarios, for example: Gold-digger cheating girlfriend, the cheated on male which seeks revenge in a violent way, and a dance club full of good looking skinny women. For a short film created in 72 hours, it is rather creative and good for a quick laugh
On a more serious note..

Hurricane Katrina is doing damage once again!
However, it's not the kind of damage that most are thinking of. With the anniversary of Hurricane Katrina, comes the heated debate of how the governement failed to act in a proficent and timely manner, to say the least. All the press of Katrina isn't putting President Bush in the best of light, and with Novemeber elections approaching, and his popularity declining-- I'm sure his PR team is working around the clock.
